Refund & Exchange Policy

At BK Gift Shop, we value our customers and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a refund and exchange policy under the following conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable items such as cakes, flowers, chocolates, and fruits are non-refundable once delivered.

2. Replacement for Damaged Items

  • If any perishable item (cakes, flowers, chocolates, fruits) is damaged during delivery, you can request a replacement only.
  • Complaints about fresh items must be reported within 4 hours of delivery. Complaints made after 12 hours cannot be facilitated.

3. Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • If you cancel your order at least 24 hours before processing, you will receive a 100% refund (if the order has not been prepared).
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after cancellation.
